About
Director and Principal Physiotherapist
I am a Physiotherapist based in Adelaide, South Australia and have been working in the disability field since 2002. Freedom4me Physiotherapy supports adults and young people who are recipients of NDIS funding (National Disability Insurance Scheme). I have an overseas Physiotherapy training from my country of origin, Slovenia, and am also a Graduate from University of South Australia, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy. I practice Yoga and meditation and regularly update my skills and knowledge with various movement based therapies and methodologies. I have special interest in 24-hour positioning including complex wheelchair seating , night and daytime positioning. I collaborate with other NDIS service providers, such as podiatrist and occupational therapist and others striving for best participant outcomes.
Freedom4me Physiotherapy services are charged according to the NDIS price guide. I will invoice your NDIS Plan Manager for the following:
For a provision of Physiotherapy specific assessment and therapies, such as mobility and exercise programs, at NDIS Physiotherapy hourly rate, at $224.62
For Trial, prescription and AT report (Assistive Technology report) for new equipment (eg a wheelchair or recliner) at NDIS OT hourly rate, at $193.99
If your NDIS plan is self managed or plan managed and you have funding available for Physiotherapy, you or your support coordinator can contact me. Just click on the "Contact us" section or contact button. If you decide to book with Freedom4me Physiotherapy I will send you or your Support Coordinator a referral form to complete. Once I receive the completed form I will contact you to book a home visit with you. Then, together we can figure out your best next steps.
