Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions

Your rights to privacy and  dignity and  your freedom of choice are most important to us.  If you decide to book our service,  we will provide you with a Service Agreement and consent form which outlines your rights and responsibilities with our service booking.  This also 

provides participant with opportunity to consent to the provision of our services and for the participant to give their permission to obtain and share any relevant information with others (eg participant’s GP and other providers)
